A Note on the Name

I named the firm Crestway Partners because it reflects both the work I want to do and the life I’m building.

Crest has always meant the peak to me — the point you reach through discipline, judgment, and steady progress. Way is the path forward — the method, the approach, the alignment that makes real growth possible. Together, they capture how I think about building and scaling great operating platforms: a clear path toward a higher standard.

But the name is also personal. Crestway Place was the first home my family bought when we moved to Los Angeles after fifteen years in the Bay Area. It was a new beginning for us; a new city, a new chapter, and the place where our third daughter was born. That house marked a shift in my life, a moment where everything felt both unfamiliar and full of possibility.

Crestway Partners carries that same spirit. It’s about disciplined progress, meaningful partnership, and the belief that the right path…taken with intention…can lead to the highest point.
